Good cleaner, slightly slow shipping

I got the BuVortex pool skimmer a couple weeks ago. It does a decent job of keeping the surface clean, better than I expected for a robotic skimmer. It definitely reduces the amount of leaves and bugs floating around. Setting it up was pretty easy. My only minor gripe was the shipping speed; it took a full week to get here, which felt a bit long. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, so that was good. Overall, it's a solid product and a good addition to my pool setup, but quicker delivery would have been nice.

Easy to use, happy with it

So I finally caved and bought one of those wall-climbing pool cleaners for my inground pool. Got the one from Bublue. It showed up pretty quick, like 5 days to my house. Hooking it up was no big deal, just popped it in the pool and hit a button. It actually climbed the walls, which was kinda cool to watch. My pool looks way better now, especially the waterline. I'm pretty happy with it, makes cleaning a lot easier.

Super clean pool now!

I just got the intelligent pool robot and my pool has never looked this good! It zips around and gets everything. Even the dirty spots I thought would be tough. This thing is seriously amazing, it does all the work. I don't have to spend hours scrubbing anymore. Definitely getting another one if this ever gives out, but it feels super sturdy. So glad I bought it!

BuBot works great, good support

I ordered the BuBot robotic pool cleaner about three weeks ago. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and I received a confirmation email almost instantly. Delivery took 6 days to reach my home in Arizona, which was within the estimated timeframe they provided. Unboxing was simple, and the instructions were clear enough to get it set up and running in about 15 minutes. The build quality feels solid, not flimsy at all. The 'underwater ultrasonic detection' feature isn't just marketing; it really does navigate my irregularly shaped pool efficiently, not just bumping around aimlessly. It picks up a lot of fine debris that my old cleaner missed. I had a quick question about filter cleaning, so I used their online chat support. The agent was responsive and helpful, providing a link to a video tutorial which made it even easier. So far, the battery life has been as advertised for my cleaning cycles. It's definitely made pool maintenance much less of a chore.

Great cleaner, fast delivery

Bought the BuHyBrid cleaner. It arrived in 4 days. Cleans my pool really well. Easy to use. Very happy with the purchase.

Reliable performance, good upgrade

This is my third purchase from Bublue, I started with a basic floor-only vacuum a couple years ago and then upgraded to a BuBot. This time I got a replacement battery for my BuBot. Their products have always been reliable for me. The battery swap was simple and my cleaner is running like new again. I keep coming back because their stuff just works and lasts. Good consistency.
